p 22 Call To Register 253-841-5457 Puyallup Recreation Center Racquetball Challenge Court On Mondays and Thursdays from 4pm- close, come test your racquetball skills at challenge court. This is a great option for those who may not have a regular racquetball partner or who are looking for better competition. Drop in or punch card rates apply unless the participant has a membership. Sign-in at the front counter to participate. Ages: 16 and up Where: PRC Court 1 Fee: Free for members or $4.50 for drop in play Open Gym Drop in for some pick-up basketball during special open gym hours for a discounted rate. This is a great way to keep active and in shape. Two time periods will be desig- nated on Tuesdays and Thursdays through- out the school year for this program. Open gym will also be available when the gym is not in use by other programs but the normal facility rates will apply. Ages: 16 and older When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-8am or 2-4pm Fee: $2 per participant Personal Training Available Kim Field is the creator of HAIL (Healthy Active Independent for Life) exercise. She is a certified personal trainer with a degree in Diagnostic Health and Fitness and has over 15 years' experience teach- ing group exercise and personal training. She was nominated as a Michael & Kelly Top Fitness Instructor in America for 2014. The Puyallup Rec- reation Center is home to the indoor mini park just for the youngest of kids. The park features toys, tikes, climbing fun and a chance to meet new friends. Not to men- tion, it's a great place to play when it is wet outside! All children must be accompanied by an adult. This is a drop-in program. Ages: 5 & Under When: Tuesdays & Thursdays, October 3-December 14, 8:30-11:30am Where: PRC/GYM Fee: $2 per child FALL HOURS (BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 5): Monday-Friday 6am-8pm Saturday and Sunday 8am-6pm FACILITY CLOSURES: September 4: Labor Day November 11: Veterans Day November 23-24: Thanksgiving December 25: Christmas
